Meddling?

According to the  Webster Dictionary, to meddle means to interest oneself in what is not one's concern.

We live in a time and age where compromise is almost the order of the day. And especially because the concept of 'grace' has been  quite extreme, there's been a lopsided way of life. Grace in itself makes us warriors for us to uphold the standard of God

2Tim.2:4 says Soldiers don’t get tied up in the affairs of civilian life, for then they cannot please the officer who enlisted them.

Some of us Christians are awear of the things that are not in keeping with truly walking with God and yet continuing in it with the pride of heart that you know God to an extent. And whilst God is a merciful God,youd be a joker to expect him to entrust parts of him to you if  you keep handling your knowledge of him in unrighteousness.

There are areas of God and depts of him that we may never be able to access because of this. Our walk with God is suppose to be a continual and intentional one.

There's this verse of the Bible that has stock with me for a while now and I'd like to share it with you.

Romans 1:18-19 (KJV): For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

And so it is very important for us to examine our lives by the help of the Holy Spirit to identify any area that we may be handling Gods truth in unrighteousness.

John 8:34-35(KJV):  Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

Are you somewhere in the middle of defaulting Gods ways while you understand his truths? Are you drifting from paths you know to be right? Are you meddling with things that ain't suppose to be your business? Are you embracing things you're suppose to be fighting? Are you handling Gods truth in unrighteousness??

Because you see, just like you would think twice before you entrust any other part of you into the hands of someone who betrayed your trust, there are rooms in God he may NEVER open up to those who keep having a mental high on things that draw them away from him!

You have probably identified it by now. Or maybe you have not. Just ask the Lord to search your heart and bring up any form of unrighteousness to the surface so that you may deal with it.

I hope you have a lovely new month.

With Love,
Grace.

Doors Do Open

Have you ever felt like you have exhausted all of your options and you can’t seem to find a way out?  Or you know that there is more that can be out of a case you are on? I can’t imagine what the widow whose husband left some debts for her to pay before he died must have gone through. Wait, you think all that happened is all there is. In the sense, you have pressed all your buttons and made all your moves. Knocked all the doors you know and made the calls. You now think its over. You think there’s no way out again? Be there! You seem to have forgotten so quick that God is the one that makes things happen. Look at the widow whose husband left her in debt. She was broke. No money no possession my sons up for sale kindof broke. Her two sons were going to be taken captive to pay for the debts that was on ground. Of course she was devastated. She had no possession to sell to get some money. The only thing she knew to do was to go meet Elisha who her husband served with. ...

Thankfulness

Life can get so boring, especially when you are fixed in a routine, and you're just at that point where all you want to do is break out. I mean, try out something out of the norm, like eat a different kind of food,or have a break from your stressful work,or simply get to see and relate with a whole new set of people. This was somewhat the case with the Israelites in Num11:31-35. Numbers 11:31-35- 31  Now a  wind went out from the  Lord , and it brought quail from the sea and left  them  fluttering near the camp, about a day’s journey on this side and about a day’s journey on the other side, all around the camp, and about two cubits above the surface of the ground.  32  And the people stayed up all that day, all night, and all the next day, and gathered the quail (he who gathered least gathered ten  homers); and they spread  them  out for themselves all around the camp.  33  But while the  meat  was  still between ...

God's Speakings.

And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: – Genesis 26:2 Isaac was one of those bible characters that had a life patterned after the voice of God. He was about to leave where he was resident for another country because of the famine they were experiencing in the country where he resided. However, his plan was interrupted by God's voice. I'm intrigued by the fact that God specifically said He will tell him where to dwell. This challenges me because I've had this desire and still desire to have that "hearing relationship" with God. I see this and believe God wants all His loved children to actually have that kind of relationship with Him. God wants to tell everyone of His sons and daughters something, however, not everyone is going to hear Him because not everyone has trained themselves to do so. All the time, for all situations in our lives, the Lord is willing to tell us something. The questio...
