He was about to leave where he was resident for another country because of the famine they were experiencing in the country where he resided. However, his plan was interrupted by God's voice. I'm intrigued by the fact that God specifically said He will tell him where to dwell. This challenges me because I've had this desire and still desire to have that "hearing relationship" with God. I see this and believe God wants all His loved children to actually have that kind of relationship with Him. God wants to tell everyone of His sons and daughters something, however, not everyone is going to hear Him because not everyone has trained themselves to do so.
