Walking with God

Enoch walked steadily with God. And then one day he was simply gone: God took him. Genesis 5:24 MSG We all want benefits or rewards,something to show for what we are doing. After an academic year,a student wants to see that he is promoted to the next level,after all the times of studying. A parent wants to be sure they are not wasting their resources in a school that's not yielding as much results as they want. So also in our walk with God,we want to have things to show for it. We seek to have a proof that we truly are on the Lord's side. This actually is powerful because it means we are not about to waste our time and energy in a fruitless effort. However,the lesson for today is a shift of our minds from the results  to the walk we are meant to have with God. The anchor scripture for today talks about Enoch,who,walked with God,and the result he got?- He was no more. How unfathomable are the results that we get from walking with God that we would be shottchanging oursel
