Spirit Pattern

Good evening everyone. It's been quite a while I was active here. I got to pen this post down yesterday evening and I trust it'd bless you as much as it blessed me.

God has pattern. Specific patterns for specific things he embarks on. When he would build  the ark,he demanded a certain pattern. When he would form you in your mother's womb,he had a special pattern for you as well as for me. In the understanding of this,David said in Psalm 139- "you know me inside and out,you know every bone in my body;you know exactly how I was made, bit by bit,how I was sculptured from nothing into something..."
As much as knowing what you were made for is crucial, identifying and understanding the route to take is very important as well.
Many have thought less of themselves, lost hope, and self esteem, lost faith and wasted time, become hateful and critical, because they have routed paths that were not exactly designed for them;paths that were not exactly structured for their person. There's alot of strife, envy, unhealthy competitions, hate, unforgiveness, etc because although many have found their calling or paths, they have not layed a hold on the pattern God designed for their beings.
Have you heard this scriptures before- they labor in vain that build a house if God doesn't build it-? Exactly! It's all futile effort. Energy draining!!
God formed your inner parts,he knows the weight you were designed to carry. He knew you before you were formed. He's the author and finisher of our faith.

The place of prayer is the place of refining. That's where God does a fine tunning. And prayer is hard work..
And so our constant prayer should be
'Re-route me oh God'.

May the days ahead be excellent.
Amen!!

The Black Bag

Running over from the end of the class where I was sitting to my course mate,I sat on the chair next to him as I placed his school bag on my legs. Staring at the bag for a while,I said, precious Holy Spirit please teach me a lesson from this bag. It was a black leather-like bag with patches on the side(some parts of the bag peeled off). As I starred at the bag I asked my course mate-How old is this bag? He said to me,its about a year old. Its amazing how people tend to defend their actions even before you make your comment(He was already giving me reasons the bag looked that old/tattered). I discovered the bag was too good to be that tattered at less than one year. That was the lesson right there: There are people who are strong and passionate, vibrant and active, with so much beauty radiating from their inside out. But then situations in life may rise up,some beyond human control, some at the mercy of human that could make someone as good as that black leather bag become so tattered li...

Lesson One: Knowing 'your' God

There are 7.4 billion people on earth. Findings say adults make 35,000 decisions daily while babies make 3000 decisions(you didn't know that, did you?). About 3.2 billion fall within the age range of 15-44years of age. Very few things bring life and excitement or enthusiasm like a new idea you think is so great. It could almost take all your attention and mind. You can almost have an 'action rush' , as you would go all the way out just to get your idea to come into reality. Note that an action rush is different from a 'steady build '. Like any other great thing in life, challenges, especially unprecedented will arise (many of them disrupting your plan!) I came to realize that nothing beats a person who not just has an idea but knows God. I got to this point in 2015 where I just had to settle to really find my God and grow my faith. What exactly does it mean to know God? Knowing God is like enlarging your understanding of God and establishing a personal strong be...

Gods word as our reality

If anything would go through our spirit to our soul and then to reality, its going to pass through our mind. And if anything is going to have an impact on the spirit it would go through the mind. And so the mind is the place where a thing really is made or mared. It's where we either get an headway or remain stranded/on the same spot/can't see a way. It's the battlefield as it's often put. 2Cor.10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; This passage makes us to see that imaginations and thoughts have a way of exhausting themselves above the knowledge of God in our minds and we are the ones to do the job of making sure the word of God is the status quo of our mind...finding out what the word of God says and making it preeminence over and above any other thought. re-enforcing what the word of God says. Capturing God's idea(word) in ou...
