Lesson 8: Face your fears

Oppositions are opportunities in disguise.
I don't want to believe its only youths that have fears. I believe that every once in a while as we walk on the path of destiny, there are certain things that may pop up and whisper fear in our hearts.
Facing my fears was another thing I had to learn to do. Still learning though!

Doing things afraid was my way of been courageous.

Fears really do come in different shapes, patterns, forms. It could range from starting up a project to even opening up to either give or receive love. (Oh Yeah!I said that!!)
One thing I  actually came to learn is that fear cripples. It cripples even your creativity. It cripples your ability to explore and discover whether or not something is really is really possible.

I discovered I had a little more confidence in myself for every moment I did what I had the instinct to do  even if I was afraid. And for every step that I took,I was freer in my spirit to have taken the step

Actually, facing your fears brings you to a state of consciousness not to flop or let me say a determination to make things work regardless. It kind of brings you to this point of paying rapt attention to how you can #get away with murder. lol

It grows your response ability and cognition.

Your fear could be your past.Yeah! Face it.Make whatever wrong you can right accept the responsibility for them so you can move on.

My Beloved

If you would let me walk through the corners of your heart   I will take the thorns away with anesthesia enough to take you through I will shine my light in the path for your eyes to see and your feet to walk I will wrap you round in the warmth of my embrace From the cold that gives you frost bite in the feet and a chest pain even on a warm day I know you let some love in the left you broken And now it’s difficult to catch the pieces that remain because your strength is gone I see it all in your eyes, Even though you try to make it seem like you have it all together You have been bought with a prize I took all the brakes in my heart to see you whole I got striped and left in the cold so you could find warmth in me (would be hid in me and stay warm) I’m not about to let you go through all that trauma (again). I did it already, for you, for all So that when you pass through the rivers, you will have me around When you pass though waters, it ...

Faithfulness

Today I want to share something about faithfulness. Faithfulness, according to google,  is the concept of unfailingly remaining  loyal  to someone or something, and putting that loyalty into consistent practice regardless of extenuating circumstances. Literally, it is the state of being full of  faith  in the sense of steady devotion to a person, thing or concept. In my understanding, it is being consistently committed to a course or person regardless of what comes your way. I want to focus on the things that we have been called to do or the things that we find per time to do. Sometimes we can get so lackadaisical about stuff when no one is watching or when others are playing their part. Sometimes its really because we don’t have enough drive to do what we really want to do. Sometimes, factors beyond our control can be the cause. Sometimes its because we have not exactly decided to take up responsibility by ourselves. Sometimes we don’t have knowledge ...

GOD'S PATTERN OF HEALING// PT1

Hello everyone. I hope your week has been good? We'll be going on a journey through the book of Joel. I hope to expose certain things about God's pattern of doing things. You would have to pick up your bible to follow closely. God's ways are not the ways of man at all and the book of Joel paints that picture of how things go with God. I mean, the ways of God. I've come to discover that the ways of God remain the same from generation to generation. Though the situations may be different  but God's patterns are the same yesterday, today and forever. For this reason, the people of the land of Judah in the book of Joel were told to make known the ways of God from generation to generation. Joel 1:3 -  "Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation." Things had gone in disarray on the land and it's a reflection somehow of how things happen in our individual lives. A time came in Judah when...
